Since the exhibition of the sport in the 1988 Olympic games, hosted by Seoul Korea, Tae Kwon Do has become the leading martial arts practiced by millions around the world. Tae kwon do imbodies life skills that will enhance any students long term life. Characteristics such as Focus, Respect, Integrity, Discipline are just a few of the many benefits that training has to offer.
Competition style Tournaments give students a chance to improve their self Confidence, Focus and demonstrate the sportsmanship that is taught throughout Tae Kwon Do.
